Time sensitive promotion. To be eligible to receive these fantastic benefits applicants must rent and move into new townhome in accordance with the program specific timeline stated above and choose to sign up to protect their home and assets with Occupant Shield. Proof of coverage from Occupant Shield must be provided before move-in. All new applicants must comply with the resident screening guidelines applicable on the date of application, and qualify for the townhome based on the criteria outlined within; rental history verification, income & asset verification, credit history and a criminal background check. Credit and criminal background acceptance decisions are made by an independent third-party screening agency. This offer will only apply to applicants that receive an Accept Normal recommendation by said agency. Application fees in addition to a non-refundable $150.00 administrative fee must be submitted at the time rental applications are submitted in accordance with the Saddle Brook Landings Resident Screening Guidelines.
