New Year Will Bring New Improvements To Saddle Brook Landings

Happy New Year and welcome to 2015! Last year brought many new enhancements that not only improved the appearance of Saddle Brook, but also the quality of life for our residents. Our first phase of improvements included The Entrance Monument, Mailboxes, Basketball Court, Playground, Trash and Recycling Facilities, Pavilion, New Roofs, and Siding. While all of these improvements are great, we are not done yet; and our latest additions will most certainly be our greatest!
Everyone at Saddle Brook Landings is very excited for the New Year as it has a great deal of promise. Many things are awaiting in 2015 and we are very eager to bring our residents the second phase of community developments. In just a few short months, we will begin construction on our brand new clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, and dog park. We thank all of our residents for the overwhelming amount of support we have received in our efforts. We also thank everyone for their patience as we work hard to make all of these wonderful improvements to Saddle Brook Landings. We hope that all of our residents are proud to call Saddle Brook Landings home and are looking forward to an exciting 2015!
