Spring is finally here, and phase two of the improvement projects at Saddle Brook Landings is currently underway! Our beautiful new Dog Park named “Bark Park” has been completed and is officially open for you and your four legged friends to enjoy. Bark Park offers a nice area to sit, relax and watch your companions have fun. It also offers a great deal of open green space in case you want to be as active as your energetic friends. Be sure to stop by and let your dogs off their leash to stretch their legs a bit and play a nice game of fetch.

The construction of our new clubhouse, swimming pool and fitness center has also been started and is progressing quite nicely. As many of us would agree, it couldn’t have come at a better time. A swimming pool is just what is needed to cool off on a hot summer day here in sunny Florida. We are sure you will join us in saying that these next few months at Saddle Brook will prove to be very exciting as we await the completion of these several wonderful amenities! We again want to take this opportunity to thank our wonderful residents for their patience, positive attitudes and well wishes. We have received an amazing amount of support for our efforts and it is very nice knowing that what we have been accomplishing is greatly appreciated.
